Follow up minutes to March 9, 2015 community meeting to discuss proposed new entrance to Hall Spring, Herring Run Park

After a very well attended community meeting held at Ray of Hope Baptist Church on Monday, March 9, 2015, it was decided that Hall Spring will be closed to vehicular traffic during the Harford Road Bridge construction project.  The following are the minutes from the meeting.

Friends of Herring Run Parks wishes to extend an invitation to a community meeting to discuss the proposed new entrance to Hall Springs, Herring Run Park.

As many of you are aware Rec and Parks (BCRP) has prepared a concept plan to install a new drive entrance for Hall Springs. Please come to attend the first community meeting to discuss some of the assumptions on which Recreation and Parks based the concept plan.

Rec and Parks welcomes the community to this meeting and they are ready to listen to your ideas, comments and suggestions!
